The Landing at Bear Creek RV Park near Neville, OH

Very quiet. Level spots and lots of room to just relax and breathe!!

I love this park. I’m here until the end of September visiting family. The park is well maintained, beautiful and very quiet. Staci has been amazing, friendly and quick responses. I will definitely be back next year.

Quiet and fun park! We stayed almost a week for a job my husband had in New Richmond. The park was great fun for my 4-year-old daughter and me. The playground is well maintained. They have a splash pad and jump pad you can turn on and play with during daytime hours. They also have a dog park, shelter house with soda vending, community fire-pits, corn hole, and a clean laundry facility (which was super busy on Sunday!) They listed a walking trail on the map, but we couldn’t find the entrance when we went looking for it — either it’s currently overgrown or I’m just blind. The nights are quiet. They have some small lights near the road but they didn’t impact stargazing. It was also really cool to peek the river and Kentucky through the trees while we walked. Would happily stay here again if we’re in the area!

We are staying at The Landing at Bear Creek for the season, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The park is exceptionally well maintained, everything is clean, and the atmosphere is incredibly quiet and relaxing. A special shout-out to Staci, who has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond and has made us feel welcome from day one. The sites offer full hookups, spacious pull-through access, and double gravel lots, giving you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay. Honestly, we don't have a single negative thing to say. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful RV park with great management, we highly recommend The Landing at Bear Creek. Whether you're staying overnight or for an entire season like we are, it's a great place for everyone.

Great stay so far

The site that was assigned to us was sloped down, so we couldn't level. I called so we moved. They were very nice about everything. Campground was quite for the most part. One of the full time people played their music a little loud, but wasn't bad. Nice location off the road.

I loved living here! We have been here for over a year, when we moved in they have been nothing but accommodating and respond in a timely manner. Stacy and Ron are the best managers for this campground! Thank you for all yall do!!!

First off gotta say what a beautiful place this is. Stop by to check it out for a possible staying this summer, the manager is amazing. Though you can read reviews from mostly people that get asked to leave for whatever reason. It’s not what is being portrayed. The family environment is amazing as we have several kids who love and enjoy the family activities. They have treated my son with cancer the best and with kindness. All places will have their maintenance issues for whatever reason but they try to limit “off” time and are respectful of that time. The peacefulness is amazing. Sometimes all you hear is a boat horn from time to time. With the included wildlife this is a place of peace. Minus the crazy cat lady who got ejected for being crazy at all hours. We hope that a truly honest review will help you know that this is a place you can call home.

I have lived here since Sept of 2025 this place is one of the best places to stay. Staci and Ron the management are so helpful if u ever need anything they are there.The park is very clean ,they have a splash pad and dog park and a pavilion for partys, cookouts or just to do whatever. They have music,food trucks and DJ,s . The kids can paint , color, use clauk. 99 percent of people are very friendly. They have Propane fill ups on site. We love it here never had any problems. Thxs Ron and Staci for making it a great place to stay.
