We're here to make this transition smooth and exciting, with a commitment to preserving the heartwarming atmosphere that makes The Landing at Bear Creek so special.
Updates effective as of May 1st, 2024:
- We will be a year round RV Park with monthly and long term stays only.
- There will be a modest rate adjustment to $750 per month and will no longer be offering seasonal options.
- We will continue to maintain our playground, pavilion, and splash pad for endless joy and fun, but we are also planning to introduce even more fantastic amenities soon! Stay tuned for these exciting new additions.
We recognize the value our seasonal guests have brought to our community. As we transition to offering monthly and long-term stays, we want to acknowledge this change may affect your plans. While we will no longer provide seasonal options after May 1st, 2024, we invite you to consider joining us as long as you want to at the new monthly rate. Where will we receive updates on any changes?

Why are you changing to no longer offer seasonal options?
We're transitioning to no longer offer seasonal offers to focus on enhancing the experience for our monthly and long-term guests. The Landing at Bear Creek is the only park that has the perk of staying open year round. This change allows us to invest more in the park's amenities and maintain a strong sense of community throughout the year.
How will the new pricing affect my current plan?
Until May 1st, you'll enjoy your current rate. After this date, there will be a minor adjustment to $750 per month under a month-to-month contract with a 30 day notice. This change is necessary to ensure the continued quality and service you've come to expect from us.
What are the new features and improvements I can expect?
We're excited to enhance your living experience with upgrades like lush landscaping and a new office to relax and have a cup of coffee. These improvements are designed to enhance your comfort and experience at our park. We’ll be working on other updates as well so be sure we have your current contact information, and you follow us on Facebook to stay in the loop.
I've noticed new branding. What does this mean for The Landing at Bear Creek?
While our name remains the same, our updated logo and branding reflect the fresh and exciting changes happening at the park. This new look symbolizes our commitment to redefining community and enhancing your experience.

How do I make payments starting May 1st?
You will receive an email when your next payment is due. And if you opt in for text message communications, you can also get a notification for upcoming payments through text and email. In the message, you’ll have a personalized link that will allow you to pay online and set up automatic payments.
If we are moving out, how can we find storage?
For those planning to move out and needing storage solutions, we recommend several local storage facilities in the vicinity of Bear Creek. Our team can provide you with a list of recommended options. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance in finding a suitable storage solution that meets your needs.
When will we be able to meet our manager?
We are excited for you to meet our new RV Community Manager! We will be hosting a meet-and-greet event in February at The Landing at Bear Creek. This will be a great opportunity for you to get acquainted with our new manager and the rest of our dedicated team. We’ll also be releasing more information in weeks coming.
If I’m a current contract worker with an existing agreement, do I need to leave by May 1st?
As a current contract worker with an existing agreement, there is no requirement for you to leave by May 1st. Our transition to being open year-round is designed to offer more flexibility to our guests, including those like yourself. Your existing agreement will be honored, and we welcome you to stay with us. As of May 1st, our rates will change to $750 and you can continue to stay.
Do I need to sign a contract for open year-round stays?
For open year-round stays, we offer month-to-month contracts to provide maximum flexibility. While you don't need to commit to an annual contract, these month-to-month arrangements allow you the opportunity to enjoy Bear Creek throughout the year, as per your convenience along with a 30 day notice.
Do we have an age requirement for the camper?
Yes, at The Landing at Bear Creek, we maintain a standard for the RVs in our park to ensure a quality experience for all our guests. Campers or RVs must be from the year 2005 or newer. This policy helps us maintain a certain aesthetic and safety standard within the community. If you have an older model and believe it is in exceptional condition, please contact us for a possible exemption.
I paid for gravel with the previous owner, will I be reimbursed?
The purchase of the gravel was a completed transaction prior to new ownership and therefore out of our hands. There will be no reimbursement for this previous charge. Moving forward, this cost will not be a charge to the guests but an investment covered by the park owners. Any removal of the gravel from the park is a violation. For any more details, please reach out to the party in which the transaction was completed with.
Who are the new owners of the park?
The Landing at Bear Creek is now proudly managed by a dedicated team based out of Nashville, TN who are committed to enhancing your experience at the park. Our focus is on community, quality, and creating memorable experiences. While there has been a change in management and ownership, our priority remains the same – ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
Do we have an age requirement for the camper?

I currently have my camper being stored at the park, do you offer a storage fee for me to continue to store it at your park?
Yes, we offer a storage solution for current campers who have been storing their RVs at the park. We're honoring the previous management's promise by allowing you to continue storing your RV with a monthly storage fee of $200 for March and April. This special arrangement is exclusively for current campers in this situation as part of our transition to new ownership.
Please note that after May 1st, the storage option will transition to a regular rate of $750 per month. This rate allows you to either continue storing your RV, hold your spot in the park, or choose to move your RV out. We are committed to accommodating your needs and can assist with other storage solutions if required.
DISCLAIMER: Originally this was a one-time, $200 storage fee and starting new rent cost of $750 starting March 1st. Due to limited storage availabilites and weather conditions, we've extended our terms accordingly. Update January 18, 2024.
